This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails. Governing law: Hungary.
These Terms apply exclusively to business users (Advertisers) who post job listings on drivojobs.com. Driver/jobseeker accounts are free and governed by separate Usage Terms.
These Terms are effective from the first purchase and continue until terminated.

Prices may change; changes do not affect already purchased listings.
The contract is formed automatically upon successful Stripe payment. An order confirmation and a VAT-compliant invoice (via Számlázz.hu) are sent by email within 8 days.
Invoice corrections can be requested within 8 days at [email protected].
Listings are live for 30 days from first publication. The Service Provider may remove listings without refund that are: unlawful, misleading, unrelated to driving/logistics, infringing third-party rights, or spam.
The Advertiser is solely responsible for the content of their listings.
As the Advertiser is a business entity, consumer withdrawal rights do not apply. Payments are non-refundable after successful checkout (except content moderation removals per Section 5).
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the current listing. The Service Provider is not liable for temporary unavailability.
Either party may terminate at any time without cause. Active listings continue until expiry.
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Service Provider's registered address.
